Word did prompt for MFA, as it should, but it worked fine. I was able to open Word, so I logged out of the account and back in and had no issues. I can load up any other Office 365 app and they work just fine. However, the current person having the issue is remote and that is not possible to just reload it.Īlso, the issue is only with Outlook. Took less time to do that than I spent troubleshooting. Finally just wiped and reloaded the computer. The first one I spent over an hour trying things from running the repair, uninstalling, reinstalling, cleared all office 365 creds from credential manager, changing something in the registry(Can't remember), deleting the mail profile and trying to recreate it.
